Pricing for a full Clarinet feed:
(AP & Reuters News, Sports, Business, Technology, Newsbytes daily
computer industry news, syndicated features, comics,
Tech stock reports, Matrix News, SF Bay Area News.)
ClariNet is sold on a site licence basis. The price is based on the
number of "networkers" on the system. Networkers are people actually
using the network for communications -- for example, all people reading
any USENET group, including internal ones.
Please note that this is not the number of people who actually read
Clarinet, but the number who *might* read it. If you will be taking
any action that would limit the count or the site to actual readers,
the price is different.
The cost for a site licence is $3/networker/month for the first 100
networkers, and $1/networker/month thereafter. There is a minimum
site licence price however of $60 (20 networkers.)
A true single user subscription is available for $40/month.
Note that there are special prices for educational institutions, and
a 10% discount exists for sites outside the USA. BBS pricing is also
available.
